For The Rejected, the ability to regain ground while the front expands may signal stronger coordination or at least a more resilient response to sustained pressure. Even so, the lack of any removed systems indicates this is still an active and unresolved struggle, not a campaign that has settled anywhere yet.
WHAT COMES NEXT
The immediate question is whether the defenders can turn these gains into a lasting stabilisation or whether the wider pressure will force the front to open again somewhere else. With no sign of the campaign shrinking, the Kalevala Expanse may be moving into a longer phase of attrition, where control is measured less by dramatic breakthroughs than by who can hold their nerve as the fight spreads.
