The ship was finished off by Valentino Flex’s Onyx of PURPLE HELMETED WARRIORS, with support from Mampi Swift’s Paladin, turning a small fight into a costly disappearance.

THE CATCH

The engagement in Kazna was over almost as soon as it began, but the result was anything but routine. Toxansson Orloff’s Tengu became the center of a compact skirmish involving six participants, and the Caldari strategic cruiser was eventually overwhelmed and destroyed. For a ship of that value, there was little room for error once it was committed and pinned down.

THE PRESSURE BUILDS

The attackers fielded at least two ships directly tied to the final damage: Valentino Flex in an Onyx and Mampi Swift in a Paladin. The Tengu’s losses suggest a heavy missile fit, with thousands of Scourge Fury, Caldari Navy Scourge, and Scourge Precision heavy missiles either destroyed or dropped in the wreckage. That kind of ammunition load points to a ship prepared for a serious fight — and one that did not get the chance to pull back.

THE FINISH

Valentino Flex delivered the final blow in the Onyx, closing out the fight for PURPLE HELMETED WARRIORS. The destruction split the ship’s value almost evenly between what was lost and what was recovered, with 1.5 billion ISK destroyed and 1.6 billion ISK dropped. Even in a small engagement, that balance leaves a clear winner and a very expensive wreck behind.

WHY IT MATTERS

Single-ship losses of this scale stand out because they are rarely accidental. A 3.1 billion ISK Tengu does not vanish without either confidence, bad timing, or both — and in Kazna, the result was decisive. For Perkone, it is a sharp and immediate loss; for PURPLE HELMETED WARRIORS, it is the kind of hunt that lands with real weight.
