THE CATCH

The fight in 15W-GC appears to have been a compact hunt rather than a sprawling fleet action. Twelve pilots were involved overall, with seven attackers credited on the final loss, suggesting the Tengu was isolated and then pressured before it could escape. Test Alliance Please Ignore anchored the attack, while Banderlogs Alliance also had a pilot on field, giving the engagement a small but coordinated feel.

THE BREAK

The Tengu belonged to Tetar'u of Old Sch00l, flying under Super Cr3w, and the ship itself accounted for the full loss in the clash. The cruiser did not go quietly: the cargo left behind suggests it was carrying a serious missile load, with thousands of Scourge Rage Heavy Assault Missiles recovered and large quantities of Caldari Navy ammunition either dropped or destroyed. That kind of fit points to a ship built to hit hard, which makes the loss sting all the more.

THE FINAL BLOW

Korvin Wowkar's Sabre landed the finishing strike, but the damage had already been laid on by heavier hulls and fast tackle around it. Korvin78 in a Kronos did the most damage, with support also coming from a Vargur, a Stiletto, and a Praxis. The mix suggests the Tengu was pinned by speed control and then worn down under concentrated fire until the interdictor could close the story.

THE LOSSES

For Old Sch00l, the result was a 1.5 billion ISK defeat, with about 1.1 billion ISK destroyed and 408.4 million ISK dropped. For Test Alliance Please Ignore and its partners, it was a clean prize: a high-value strategic cruiser removed from the field in a short engagement. In a region like 15W-GC, that kind of loss can matter less for the wreckage than for the message it sends to anyone flying expensive hulls too far from safety.
