THE TARGET

The strategic cruiser was not just another casualty: it carried costly fittings, including a Centus X-Type EM Armor Hardener, a Republic Fleet Large Cap Battery, and Caldari Navy equipment that pushed the total value of the ship to 3.3 billion ISK. In a fight this small, a ship like that stands out immediately.

THE BREAK

Out of the Blue. fielded eight attackers in the clash, with huabuyu delivering the final blow in an Exequror Navy Issue. Fraternity. had several Thunderchilds on grid, and the damage output suggests the Nestor was under immediate and sustained pressure once contact was made. The exchange appears to have been brutal and short-lived, with no sign that the Nestor was able to disengage before the attack closed around it.

THE LOSSES

The Nestor did not even survive long enough to preserve all of its fittings.
