THE TARGET
The destroyed ship was a Metenox Moon Drill, a structure that immediately stands out by value alone. Its listed worth of 2.3 billion ISK made it the prize of the engagement, and the damage tells the story of a determined attack rather than a passing skirmish. Although much of the asset’s value reportedly dropped, 643 million ISK was destroyed outright, turning the loss into an expensive setback for its owners.
THE CLOSING BLAST
The final blow came from TinkerHell flying a Redeemer, but the broader damage was delivered by a clustered group of covert battleships. Several Redeemers from Cynosural Field Theory. were involved, with multiple attackers applying heavy damage before the structure finally gave way. The presence of that many black-ops hulls suggests a carefully timed strike, one that left the target little room to recover once the trap had closed.
THE LOSSES
Alongside the structure itself, cargo was scattered and partially recovered, with resources such as Magmatic Gas, Evaporite Deposits, Chromium, Titanium, and Hydrocarbons among the items recorded.
