In a system built for sudden appearances and even quicker disappearances, Templar Jindarri’s Leshak became the target of a coordinated strike from United Cats. The loss came down to a single ship, but the attackers committed seven pilots to the kill and brought enough force to break through before any escape could take hold.
THE FIREPOWER
United Cats brought a mixed striking group to the hunt, with AsRain landing the final blow in a Ferox Navy Issue. The damage report suggests the Leshak was pressured by a hard-hitting line of ships including a Barghest, a Jackdaw, an Astarte and a Retribution. That kind of spread points to a focused gang rather than a casual skirmish, and the pressure was enough to overwhelm a battleship that can usually punish smaller ships if left room to work.
THE LOSSES
The destroyed ship itself accounted for 743.3 million ISK of the total, with a further 704.4 million ISK recovered or dropped from the wreck. The Leshak was fitted with T2 heavy drone and plasma ammunition, including Mystic L, Occult L, Meson Exotic Plasma L and Tetryon Exotic Plasma L, along with Nanite Repair Paste — a loadout that suggests the pilot was prepared for serious combat, not a routine transit. Instead, the ship was stripped apart in place and left behind as a very expensive loss.
WHY IT MATTERS
For WE FORM V0LTA, the destruction of a battleship-class asset in Thera is a painful reminder that even the most dangerous wormhole traffic can be caught if the timing is wrong. For United Cats, it was a clean and profitable hunt, the sort of engagement that rewards patience, coordination and the ability to turn a fleeting opening into a wreck. In Thera, those moments rarely last long — and this one did not last long enough for the Leshak to survive.
