Golem Lost in a Tight Wormhole Catch in J143127

A 3.4 billion ISK Golem was brought down in J143127 after a small but telling hunt closed around the Marauder and left it with no clean escape. The final blow landed from a C A M E L O T Hyperion, but the damage around it suggests the ship was already pinned in place by a layered mix of pressure and opportunistic fire.

THE CATCH

The loss unfolded in wormhole space at J143127, where a single Golem belonging to RabbiKX of Nuclear Rabbits was destroyed in an engagement involving eight participants. For a ship built to dominate missions and shrug off lesser threats, the Golem found itself in the wrong place at the wrong time, worth 3.4 billion ISK and seemingly exposed to a coordinated strike rather than a quick hit-and-run.

THE PRESSURE BUILDS

The attackers appear to have worked the target over from several angles. C A M E L O T is the only named attacking organization in the report, but the damage spread tells a broader story: a Restless Sentry Tower accounted for the largest share of harm, while a Kronos and a Drifter Recon Battleship also contributed heavily. That combination suggests the Golem was caught in a fight that was already widening around it, with the Marauder unable to escape the field before the damage became decisive.

THE LAST STRIKE

HE BXIIIHUK, flying a Hyperion for C A M E L O T, secured the final blow after 6,843 damage. By that point, the outcome was no longer in doubt. The wreck left behind 2.1 billion ISK in destroyed value and 1.3 billion ISK in dropped modules and cargo, including large stacks of torpedoes and ammunition that underscore how much fighting power had been packed into the hull.

WHY IT MATTERS

For Nuclear Rabbits, the loss of a Golem in wormhole space is more than just another expensive wreck. Marauders are not casual commitments, and losing one in a compact engagement can sting long after the field is empty. For C A M E L O T and the other forces involved, the kill shows how quickly a valuable target can be isolated and dismantled once the trap is sprung.

Evermore Warriors Lose Ten as Eight Capitals Melt in Fifteen Minutes

At 02:06 UTC a Hurricane exploded in V2-GZS. Fourteen minutes later the last loss on the board was a capsule belonging to a Hounds of War. pilot, and the Kalevala Expanse had eight fewer capitals in it than it did a quarter of an hour earlier.

Big Vantus Paid 15 Ships Toward Pochven's 72 Billion ISK Tab

Of the 47 ships destroyed in Ignebaener, 46 were, in ISK terms, background noise. The 47th was a Paladin valued at just under 57.5 billion ISK - close to four-fifths of everything the system destroyed in one sitting. One hull, one pilot, one very bad moment, and the number that will define this fight long after the killboards stop updating.

Brave Newbies Lost 21 Ships in 4-07MU and Shot Back With Interest

Somewhere around 19:25 UTC, a Caracal Navy Issue died in 4-07MU and 912 pilots decided that was a reasonable invitation. Two hours later the system had produced 200 wrecks, 67.2 billion ISK of damage, and not one capital ship - just battleship after battleship feeding itself into a fight that refused to end. The killboards call it a gank. The killboards are only half right.

Solyaris Chtonium Killed Redux.'s Avatar as 1,166 Pilots Watched

The last thing an Avatar expects to be doing is dying in lowsec, but Amamake has been ruining plans for a very long time. Redux.'s Amarr Titan - one of the largest and most expensive warships in New Eden - came apart in the Heimatar system with roughly 1,166 pilots involved in the kill, and a price tag of 142.7 billion ISK attached to a single loss.
