THE CATCH

The fight in A8A-JN was brief, but it was costly. A Fraternity. Widow flown by yuban C was destroyed in a 10-second clash that drew 69 participants into the system. The capital-scale Black Ops hull stood out immediately as the main prize, and The Initiative. made sure it did not get away.

THE KIKIMORA PRESSURE

The destruction came at the hands of a 39-strong attacking contingent, with pouwer in a Kikimora landing the final blow. Several other Kikimora pilots from The Initiative. contributed sustained damage, suggesting the Widow was under heavy, coordinated pressure rather than being picked off by a lone opportunist. The ship was carrying or fitted with enough value to push the total loss to 4.2 billion ISK when the capsule was included.

THE PRICE OF THE ESCAPE

The Widow did not die cleanly. Of its 3.1 billion ISK value, 2 billion was destroyed and 1 billion recovered as drops, including Navy Cap Booster 400s, Cap Booster 800, and an Overdrive Injector System II among the notable items. The wreckage also consumed more than 52,000 Nitrogen Isotopes, underlining how much fuel and force had already been committed before the ship finally broke.
