THE CATCH

The loss came in J170158 in a fight involving 19 pilots, but the spotlight fell squarely on one ship: Harpooner’s Widow. The black-ops battleship is built to appear where it is least expected, yet this time it appears Wolves Amongst Strangers found it first and kept the pressure on until the escape option disappeared.

THE HAMMER FALLS

The attackers were led in the damage race by a wall of Nighthawks, with moin landing the final blow. Leyla2042, Julian Hertel, Madox Ovaert, and Chargxx all piled on substantial damage in identical ships, suggesting a coordinated burst rather than a scattered brawl. That kind of focused fire is exactly what a pricey Widow hates to see once it has been pinned down.

THE LOSSES

The ship itself accounted for 2 billion ISK of the total destruction, while 376.4 million ISK in fittings and cargo were recovered or destroyed in the wreck.
