THE BREAKDOWN
The destruction was spread across a mixed assault, with Goonswarm Federation listed as the primary attacker organization and support coming from ships flying under Heresy. and HATE OF ANGELS. The damage profile suggests a brawl at knife-fight range: Catalysts did much of the work, while a Moa also contributed heavily before Valerie June’s Catalyst landed the final blow. The Vargur’s fittings hint at a combat-ready build, with Republic Fleet ammunition and gyrostabilizers among the items involved in the loss.
THE LOSSES
The ship itself accounted for the bulk of the value, with 1.2 billion ISK destroyed and another 898.6 million ISK dropping from the wreck. Among the items lost were large stocks of Republic Fleet EMP L and Fusion L, while 10,000 rounds of Republic Fleet Phased Plasma L were destroyed outright.
