THE FINAL BLOW
The finishing strike came from an unknown attacker flying an Angel Dreadnought, an odd and memorable detail that gives the loss a sharper edge. The attacker was credited with the final blow and did the bulk of the damage, suggesting the Tengu was under heavy pressure long before it exploded. There is no sign of a prolonged fleet exchange here — just a fast collapse and a very expensive hull lost to opportunity.
THE PRIZE
The Tengu’s destruction accounted for 802.4 million ISK in destroyed value, with another 342.7 million ISK reportedly dropped or otherwise lost from the ship’s fittings and cargo. Among the items destroyed and dropped were large stocks of heavy assault missiles, including Scourge Rage and Nova Javelin ammunition, which points to a combat-fit cruiser prepared for work rather than a casual roam.

For Brave Collective, the loss is notable less for scale than for its suddenness and cost. In a region where brief encounters can turn into major setbacks without warning, a 1.1 billion ISK Tengu loss is the sort of event that lingers.
