Two Tornadoes from KN CP did the heavy lifting. Oltis Naari landed the final blow, but the damage split suggests the kill was decided by coordinated pressure rather than a single decisive shot.
THE LOSSES
When the Tayra exploded, 436.3 million ISK in value was destroyed and 692.6 million ISK worth of cargo and fittings was recovered or dropped. Among the wreckage were industrial supplies such as Electric Conduit, Positron Cord, Mechanic Parts, and Auxiliary Parts, a reminder that even an ordinary logistics run can turn into an expensive disaster when it is interrupted in space. WHY IT MATTERS
For Pator Tech School, this was a painful single-ship loss rather than a broad setback, but it still stands out as a sharp reminder of how quickly transport operations can be punished in New Eden. KN CP’s success in Hatakani shows the danger of moving valuable cargo through contested space without enough cover to absorb a hard intercept. In EVE, a quiet route can become a wreck in seconds, and this one ended with a billion-ISK ship burning in place.
