In a fight involving just seven participants, it stood out immediately: a costly ship, a valuable cargo load, and enough firepower on the field to make the outcome feel precarious from the start.
THE PRESSURE BUILDS
Perun Clade are listed as the primary attackers, but the damage came from a mix of sources that suggests the Stormbringer was caught in a messy, dangerous convergence rather than a clean one-on-one hunt. Karybdis Tyrannos in a Drifter Command Battleship did the heaviest work among the named attackers, while other unidentified and nonstandard hostile elements also contributed. That combination appears to have left the target under sustained pressure long enough for escape to fail.
THE FINAL BLOW
The killing strike itself came from an unknown attacker flying a Renewing Rodiva, with Perun Clade credited for the final blow. By the time the Stormbringer went down, more than half of its value had already been destroyed and the remainder was scattered to the wreckage or lost with the hull. The fit and cargo hinted at a vessel carrying more than just its combat weight, with ammunition, survey data, and repair supplies among the items that spilled into space.

In AD075, the attackers appear to have turned that moment of vulnerability into a clean destruction, leaving behind a costly reminder of how quickly a valuable ship can be isolated and broken.
