A Revelation in Akila ended the wrong way for Chtholly Family after Sedition. caught the capital and burned through it in a fight worth 4.2 billion ISK. The dreadnought was destroyed in a short, sharp engagement that left little room for escape once the ambush had closed.

THE CATCH

The engagement in Akila was brief, but it was anything but insignificant. Seventeen pilots were involved in the fight, and the centerpiece was a Revelation flown by AleXAnder884 of Chtholly Family. Against that kind of pressure, a capital ship has to be committed carefully; once it is exposed, the clock starts running immediately.

THE FIREPOWER

Sedition. brought at least a dozen attackers to bear on the target, including a Hel flown by suspicious brown stain, which delivered the final blow. The attack also included support from Widow and Redeemer pilots, suggesting a coordinated strike built to overwhelm the dreadnought before it could escape or stabilize. The Revelation absorbed more than 360,000 damage from the Hel alone, but it was not enough to save it.

THE LOSSES

When the dreadnought finally went down, most of the loss was consumed by destruction. About 3.8 billion ISK in value was removed from the field, with 373.7 million ISK in fittings and cargo recovered or salvaged from the wreck. The hold also carried large quantities of Helium Isotopes, Strontium Clathrates and Liquid Ozone, underscoring that this was a fully loaded capital rather than a stripped hull.

WHY IT MATTERS

For Chtholly Family, the loss of a Revelation is a serious setback no matter the wider context. For Sedition., it is a clean capital kill that shows they had the numbers and the patience to close the trap in Akila. In New Eden, a dreadnought rarely dies quietly, and this one ended as a reminder that even a capital ship can be turned into wreckage in moments once the wrong fleet finds it.
