Fraternity Auxiliary’s presence was decisive from the start, with the attackers fielding a focused group that appears to have committed hard to the hunt rather than letting the target slip away. In a system like 49-0LI, that kind of concentration can end a ship’s chances quickly.
THE PRESSURE BUILDS
The attackers’ main damage came from a cluster of Lokis, with NMmine4B, NMmine3B, and NMmine1B all landing heavy volleys before the final blow was delivered by NMmine5B in a Loki. The Nightmare managed to put some damage back onto its pursuers, but the exchange was never likely to turn in its favour once it was pinned down. The numbers suggest a fast, coordinated collapse rather than a prolonged duel.
THE BREAK
When the battle finally tipped, the expensive fittings aboard the Nightmare began to go with the hull. Nanite Repair Paste was among the few items to survive the wreck, while Navy Cap Booster 3200 charges, True Sanshas Standard L ammunition, Vespa EC-600 drones, and Imperial Navy Radio L crystals were destroyed in the wreckage.
