THE PRESSURE BUILDS
The attackers came from a mixed field that included the anonymous-named main aggressor alongside pilots from ZERG REBORN, Khimi Harar, and Local Is Primary. The damage spread across ships such as Navy Issue battleships and standard battleships before the finishing strike landed, which suggests the Naglfar was being worn down by concentrated fire rather than picked off in a single pass. The engagement in Dal appears to have been a full-on pile-on, with enough ships on grid to make escape increasingly unlikely as the fight tightened around the target.
THE FINAL BLOW
Halik Tokat delivered the destruction from a Typhoon, claiming the kill after the dreadnought had already absorbed heavy punishment. The wrecked Naglfar lost most of its value in the blast, with 3.9 billion ISK destroyed and only 268.9 million ISK recovered. Among the items lost or destroyed were large stockpiles of Hydrogen Isotopes, Strontium Clathrates, and faction XL ammunition, all of which underline how much time and preparation had been invested in the ship before it was caught.
