The structure stood as the clear prize of the engagement, and once the attackers committed, the battle narrowed around it. With 21 attackers credited on the final blow and 32 pilots involved overall, the scale suggests a deliberate hunt rather than a passing skirmish.
THE PRESSURE BUILDS
The attackers brought a wall of Leshaks, with several of the highest damage dealers coming from Death Legion of Capybaras and nearby allied organizations including The Shire of Guinea Pigs, Guinea Pigs Appreciation Society, and Hard Knocks Executors. That kind of concentrated heavy fire would have made escape or reinforcement increasingly difficult. By the time NegraCholy40 landed the finishing shot, the drill had already taken 828.8 million ISK in destruction, with another 294.2 million ISK escaping as drops.
THE COLLAPSE
The structure itself did not go quietly. Among the losses were the Standup Metenox Moon Drill and an Integrated Moon Drill Armature, while resources including Magmatic Gas, Hydrocarbons, and Silicates were split between destruction and salvage. The mixed outcome suggests the attackers were able to tear through the drill before fully stripping everything inside, leaving PEW PEW MK2 with a costly wreck and only part of the contents recovered.

Metenox drills are valuable enough to draw attention on their own, and in wormhole space every exposed asset becomes a target the moment it is left vulnerable.
