A 2.4 billion ISK Machariel was destroyed in PUWL-4 in an odd, self-contained clash that saw Insidious. on both sides of the fight. The ship, flown by xiaofengling of Sunset Red Activity Club, was overwhelmed by a four-ship Machariel group and left wrecked in seconds, with only part of its value recovered from the field.

THE CATCH

The engagement was over almost as soon as it began. In PUWL-4, xiaofengling’s Machariel was caught in a six-participant fight that appears to have turned sharply against the vessel before it could pull free. The loss carried a total value of 2.4 billion ISK, enough to make even a brief encounter feel expensive.

THE BREAK

Four attackers in Machariels applied the decisive damage, with jiafengling landing the final blow while windclimes100, windclimes1, and zhenfengling all added heavy pressure. The damage spread suggests a focused, coordinated collapse rather than a single lucky strike. By the time the wreck was left behind, 1.7 billion ISK had been destroyed outright and 765.3 million ISK had been recovered as drops.

THE SHIP ITSELF

The destroyed Machariel was carrying a mixed cruise-and-torpedo loadout, including Guristas Iridium Charge L, Guristas Scourge Cruise Missile, Scourge Auto-Targeting Cruise Missile I, Nova Cruise Missile, and Scourge Torpedo. That ammunition was simply erased with the hull, underscoring how quickly the fight ended once the target was pinned down.
