The encounter in XHQ-7V appears to have been brief but decisive. One Loki, flown by Mia Wonder of Curatores Veritatis Alliance and Ember Inc., became the focus of an 18-participant skirmish that ended with the strategic cruiser destroyed before the situation could be recovered.

THE PRESSURE BUILDS

The attack was not a lone effort. Eight pilots are credited on the final loss, with Sleipnirs doing most of the heavy lifting and support ships adding pressure around the target. De BuG of Ragequit Cancel Sub delivered the finishing volley, while VLD Miromme and scubather, both in Sleipnirs, contributed substantial damage in what suggests a coordinated close-range hunt.

THE LOSSES

The Loki’s destruction accounted for 832 million ISK in destroyed value, with another 314.3 million ISK recovered from the wreck. Among the fittings and cargo lost to the fire were stacks of Nanite Repair Paste, Barrage S, and Navy Cap Booster 100, underscoring that the ship was prepared for sustained combat rather than a casual roam.

For Curatores Veritatis Alliance, the loss of a fitted Loki is more than a single ship disappearing into wreckage. At this scale, the engagement reads as a clean catch and a costly mistake or risk taken in the wrong place at the wrong time.
