THE STRIKE
Vendetta Mercenary Group’s pilots made up the core of the attacking force, with Purifiers doing the heavy lifting as the net tightened. The final blow came from a Purifier flown by an unidentified attacker, but the damage trail suggests the target had already been under sustained pressure from multiple bombers, including Timeloh Regho and another pilot from Vendetta Mercenary Group. Additional pilots linked to R.E.M.N.A.N.T.S. also appear to have been involved, adding weight to the attack and helping prevent any clean breakaway.
THE COLLAPSE
The ship’s fitting tells part of the story of what was lost. Modules including an Interdiction Nullifier I, shield amplifiers, and other components were either destroyed or recovered in part, indicating a vessel built with escape or survival in mind—but not enough to slip the trap once contact was made. A Nereus was also destroyed in the same engagement, suggesting the violence in Sivala was not limited to a single expensive casualty, even if Ship 81047 was the clear centerpiece of the action.
