A capsule carrying 2.7 billion ISK in implants was caught and destroyed in Raravoss, with ChuangShi Federation credited for the final blow in a brief two-ship attack that turned fatal for 7.62's pilot.

THE CATCH

The loss came quickly and violently. In Raravoss, Newports IlIIlIlIIl of 7.62 saw their capsule erased in an encounter involving just six participants, with ChuangShi Federation securing the kill after a short engagement. What survived the ship did not: the pod was carrying a high-end clone set whose destruction pushed the total value of the loss to 2.7 billion ISK.

THE PRIZE

For the attackers, the target was not the capsule itself so much as what it held. Among the destroyed implants were a High-grade Amulet Alpha, Delta, and Gamma, along with an Inherent Implants 'Lancer' Gunnery RF-905 and a Zainou 'Deadeye' Large Hybrid Turret LH-1006. Those losses suggest the victim had invested heavily in a specialized combat clone, making the pod a prize worth hunting rather than a routine cleanup.

THE BREAK

The final blow went to My Fair Lady flying a Jackdaw, with support damage also registered from Saber Clannad in a Coercer. The record points to a very small group acting decisively, and once the capsule was pinned down there was no recovery. In engagements like this, the danger is often less about the ship and more about the split-second window in which a pod becomes exposed.

THE LOSSES

When a capsule is destroyed with this much capsuleer investment inside, the consequence is immediate and personal. The victim, listed with 7.62 and Cigarettes Will Kill You, lost an expensive clone set in a single moment. ChuangShi Federation, listed through Chuangshi College on the final blow record, leaves Raravoss with a sharp and memorable result: a high-value target removed before it could escape.
