THE PRIZE
What made the loss sting was the implant set inside the pod. High-grade Nirvana Delta, Gamma, Epsilon, Omega and Alpha were all destroyed with the capsule, suggesting a fully fitted and extremely expensive clone was exposed long enough to be caught and finished. In a game where the pod is often the last line of escape, that last layer failed completely here.
THE FINAL BLOW
The killing shot came from Prisoner's Chain, flying a Proteus for Screaming Hayabusa. With only two participants recorded in the engagement, the evidence points to a very small-scale interception or pursuit, one where a single attacker was enough to close the trap and secure the destruction before the target could get away.
THE LOSSES
No wider fleet clash is visible in the data, and no additional ships are listed beyond the capsule itself. Even so, a 4B ISK pod loss is the kind of event that can alter how carefully a pilot moves through dangerous space, especially when expensive implants are on the line. In K5-JRD, the margin between survival and ruin was measured in a few moments and a very expensive clone.
