THE BREAK
The final blow came from an unidentified attacker flying an Unstable Abyssal Depths, an unusual detail that suggests the aggressor was operating with an edge in both fitting and surprise. Against that kind of pressure, the Gila could not hold. The destruction of the cruiser accounted for 619.2 million ISK in losses, while 425.7 million ISK in cargo and fittings was recovered from the wreck, leaving the engagement costly even by the standards of a single ship loss.
THE LOSSES
The wreck itself tells part of the story. More than 11,700 Scourge Fury Light Missiles were destroyed, along with quantities of Nanite Repair Paste, Triglavian Survey Database entries, and Crystalline Isogen-10 that either burned away or were scooped from the remains.
