The loss was made more severe by the implants aboard, turning a single missed escape into a dramatic and expensive finish.

THE CATCH

The engagement in Sivala was brief, but it carried an outsized price tag. Redfang Beartrap’s capsule was caught and destroyed by Vendetta Mercenary Group, with Azul Clerk delivering the final blow in an Enyo. Timeloh Regho’s Hecate was also on hand for the attack, suggesting the kill was secured by a small, mobile hunting pair rather than a larger formation.

THE PRIZE

What made the loss stand out was not the hull, but the value packed into it. The pod was carrying a Zainou 'Gnome' Shield Management SM-703, Genolution Core Augmentations CA-3 and CA-4, and Eifyr and Co. 'Gunslinger' hardwires for both surgical strike and medium projectile turrets. Those implants pushed the destroyed value to 1.1 billion ISK, turning a capsule into a very expensive casualty.
