A capsule was caught and destroyed in Oinasiken, ending a costly escape attempt worth 1.4 billion ISK. The kill was credited to Scorpions Pirate Force, with Delta Zenochka in an Omen Navy Issue landing the final blow as the trap closed around Andy Unknowns of Benigno Numine.

THE CATCH

What began as a small local engagement in Oinasiken turned into an expensive loss for Benigno Numine. Only six participants were recorded in the fight, but the outcome was anything but minor: Andy Unknowns’ capsule was destroyed, taking with it a pod fitted with implants that pushed the total value to 1.4 billion ISK.

THE PRESSURE

The attack came from Scorpions Pirate Force, with support from a second pilot, while TC10086 of Watch Eagle Academy also applied damage in a Vexor. That suggests the target was pinned long enough for the hunters to work through the escape attempt and finish the job before the pod could break free.

THE LOSS

The destroyed capsule carried a string of high-value implants, including Zainou Deadeye and Mid-grade Rapture sets, making this far more than a routine pod kill. For a single ship to erase that much value in one moment is a reminder of how quickly a bad warp-out or a mistimed move can turn into a financial disaster in lowsec and beyond.
