The later phase brought The Initiative., The Black Shores and others back against Deepwater Hooligans, Ahbazon-Prime and supporting groups in a confrontation that stretched from early morning into the afternoon.
THE SHIPS COMMITTED
The destruction list suggests a grinding and familiar kind of New Eden violence: 98 Feroxes and 44 Barghests accounted for much of the wreckage, with smaller losses including Bellicose cruisers, Ibis frigates and even a scattering of shuttles. That mix points to a fight where heavier hulls sat alongside disposable support, and where neither side was able to keep the field tidy for long.
THE TURNING POINT
The scale of the combined force, paired with the concentration of losses on the Deepwater Hooligans and Ahbazon-Prime side, suggests they were the ones forced to absorb the hardest blows as the engagement developed. The Initiative. appears to have been the dominant damaging presence in the later stage, with the final destruction credited to WarBeacon on behalf of the battle report itself.
THE COST
By the end of the engagement, Deepwater Hooligans and Ahbazon-Prime and their allies had lost the bulk of the 27.8 billion ISK destroyed in the system, while the opposing side’s losses were far smaller by comparison. For a battle already defined by a heavy earlier round, the continued fighting reinforces that Ahbazon remained contested long enough to demand a costly return to the grid.
