Escalation, Then Contraction
The first observation on 15 October showed only two contested systems, one of which was D3S-EA. By 18 October, the footprint had ballooned to eight, adding 2G-VDP, C-V6DQ, GN-TNT, L-ZJLN, and SAH-AD among others. A day later, the count hit thirteen with the addition of 3G-LFX, 4LJ6-Q, 8KE-YS, J7M-3W, and MF-PGF. That peak held for two observations, then cooled to the current seven. Six systems dropped off; they are no longer in the active campaign snapshot. The reason for the contraction is not known. No sovereignty changed hands in any of them.
Two Defenders, Five Systems for the Hooligans
The active front is split. Deepwater Hooligans leads with five of the seven active ihub defense timers, carrying a high intensity and defensive momentum. Proximity. accounts for the remaining two timers at moderate intensity and the same defensive posture. The union of systems covers the seven listed, but the exact mapping of system to alliance is not part of this evidence. Both defender groups are simultaneously defending timers in the same region.
The Scoreboard Is Stuck at 40/60
Across five observations spanning roughly 127 hours, the attacker average has barely moved: 40, 40, 40, 39, 40. The defender average has mirrored it at 60, 60, 60, 62, 60. These numbers are contest progress, not territorial control; a 40 does not mean the attackers own 40 percent of anything. It means the contest scores remain in the defenders’ favor. The only drift was a single percentage point down then up - statistical noise, not momentum.
High Intensity, Defensive Momentum
Every one of the seven current events is an ihub defense. Campaign ages range up to 65 hours - the oldest front has been simmering for nearly three days. The campaign is tagged high intensity. Neither defender has lost a system, and no sovereignty has changed hands.
