The Swell and the Retreat
The observation record reads like a tide chart. On 18 October, six systems were contested; by 19 October that number jumped to eleven, and on 22 October it peaked at thirteen. The list included familiar names from across the region - 3G-LFX, 8KE-YS, GN-TNT, MF-PGF - before contracting just as quickly. By 24 October the count was three, then two. The contested footprint expanded and then contracted without any sovereignty change.
Two Systems, No Concessions
What remains is a narrow but stubborn front. 2G-VDP and J7M-3W are both listed as infrastructure-hub defense timers under Deepwater Hooligans control. The attacker score has hovered at 40 against a defender score of 60 across the campaign; that is pressure, but not a breakthrough. No sovereignty has changed hands in either system, and both 'systemsLost' and 'systemsGained' sit at zero. The ihubs are being fought over, not surrendered.
A Stalemate Wearing a War Face
The campaign's own trend summary calls it 'a grinding stalemate rather than a breakthrough.' Fourteen observations over roughly 152 hours show attacker pressure barely moving from 40 out of 100, while momentum shifted between escalating and cooling during the observation period.
