Dreadnoughts on Both Sides
The engagement brought together a dense wall of capital hulls, with twenty-one capital losses recorded overall. Seker Matar, backed by Dread and Buried and Shadow Cartel, fielded standard Revelations and Zirnitras. Revelation Navy Issues also appeared on both sides of the fight. Sedition. and Pandemic Legion added Barghest battleships and their own Zirnitras. Early recon and support losses gave way to the heavier hulls, and the capital trade became the heart of the fight.
The Seker Matar Dreadnoughts Fall
Seker Matar lost a string of Revelation and Zirnitra dreadnoughts in quick succession, along with a force auxiliary. The group's losses far exceeded those of any other participant. The standout loss was Andy Camp's Apostle, destroyed by Pandemic Legion pilot G'ofix at 8.6B ISK. Sedition. pilots repeatedly finished off the Seker Matar dreadnoughts.
A Lopsided Bill
The opposing groups came through the capital exchange with far lighter losses by comparison. Their losses included a Revelation Navy Issue, a Zirnitra and a few recon and support hulls. The material toll fell almost entirely on Seker Matar, whose capital fleet bore the weight of the engagement. In contrast, the capital hulls lost by Sedition. and Pandemic Legion were isolated, not the steady bleed suffered by their opponents.
More Than Dreadnoughts
Around the capital brawl, a scatter of smaller hulls fell: recon ships, a command destroyer and a few battleships. These losses were secondary to the main trade, but they showed that the fight was not exclusively decided by capital fire.
