Rattini Tribe and Prime Directive. Spent Four Hours Bleeding in Dal

Dal's first confirmed kill was an Amarr Shuttle, a ship so cheap it barely registers against the ammunition fired at it. By the time the last wreck landed, three hours and forty-one minutes later, 516 ships had died, fourteen of them capitals, and the bill had climbed past 192 billion ISK. Somewhere between that shuttle and the final capsule, a fleet fight turned into a grind that neither side could afford to walk away from.

The Cheapest Thing in Dal Died First

At 16:15 UTC, something very small and very doomed stopped existing in Dal. An Amarr Shuttle belonging to G0lden Fleet. took the first confirmed loss of the engagement - the sort of entry that normally precedes a forgettable afternoon in Heimatar. It did not stay forgettable. By the time the shooting stopped, 557 pilots had passed through the system and 516 ships had been destroyed. Only fourteen of those were capitals, and there were no Titans or supercarriers anywhere in the tally, but the total came to roughly 192.2 billion ISK. For a few hours, Dal was an extremely expensive place to exist.

Both Sides Kept Score Against Themselves

The ledger for the fight lists five organisations on the attacking side and five on the losing side, and the two lists overlap in a way that tells you everything about the shape of the evening. Rattini Tribe topped the kill table with 76 kills - and also took 50 losses. Prime Directive. sat third among the killers with 36, and first among the casualties with 62. That overlap is the story. Rattini Tribe and Prime Directive. were not raiding a structure or farming a hauling route. They were trading blows on the same grid for hours, and both were writing cheques they would have to read later. x Never Regret x added 44 kills to the attacker column, with Light Mode on 24 and Godless Horizon. on 22. On the receiving end, G0lden Fleet. lost 32 ships, Dirt 'n' Glitter 19 and Cryonic Origin 17. The ledger cannot tell us who was right in Dal, and it does not need to. What it shows is a fight with no clean aggressor: two substantial forces, apparently close enough in weight that neither could simply delete the other, and neither willing to be the side that blinked first.

Fourteen Capitals and One Very Expensive Dreadnought

Fourteen capitals died in Dal. In a 516-loss engagement they are barely three percent of the wreckage by count, and most of the money by value. The most expensive single loss of the night was a Phoenix Navy Issue at roughly 20.6 billion ISK - a faction dreadnought, which is a serious commitment of hull, fittings and nerve. Right behind it came an Apostle at 19.9 billion, the force auxiliary whose entire job is keeping other capitals alive. When one of those dies, it usually means the fight has already turned against whoever brought it. The rest of the top of the table is instructive in a different way. A Typhoon at 18.3 billion and an Apocalypse at 13.5 billion are not capital ships at all. They are battleships carrying the price tag of something much rarer, which is the tell-tale signature of pilots who fitted expensive hulls for a fight they expected to win. Two structures also came apart before the night was done. No Titans, no supercarriers - worth stating plainly, because a figure like 192 billion ISK can imply more metal than was actually present. Almost all of it came from ordinary capital and battleship hardware, spent in quantity.

Nearly Four Hours of Not Leaving

Two hundred and twenty minutes. A loss every twenty-five seconds, sustained across the better part of four hours, from the shuttle at 16:15 to the capsule at 19:56. Fights of that length have their own character. They stop being about the opening volleys and become about replacement hulls, ammunition, capacitor and the simple willingness of pilots to keep undocking. A capital engagement that runs nearly four hours suggests both sides kept feeding ships in as they were destroyed and kept holding the grid, because leaving means conceding it. Somewhere in those hours the original objective likely stopped mattering as much as the matter of not being the fleet that quit. That is where the ISK actually goes in a fight like this: not in one dramatic catastrophe, but in the steady arithmetic of a brawl nobody wanted to lose, repeated several hundred times.

The Last Kill Was a Capsule

The last confirmed loss in Dal was a Capsule - the pod of a pilot from x Never Regret x, at 19:56 UTC. It is a fitting bookend. The evening opened with the cheapest hull anyone can undock in and closed with the last thing a pilot has left to lose. Between them sat 514 other wrecks and about 192 billion ISK. One pilot finished ahead of everyone else on the damage charts: Barret Smythe, who out-damaged the entire field across those four hours. Whoever had the better night overall depends entirely on which column you read. Rattini Tribe took the most kills and Prime Directive. took the most losses, and both names appear on both lists - which is what a genuine brawl is supposed to look like when it is finally over. By the time the last pod was gone, the grid was empty and the bill was final. Heimatar's ledger has a new entry in it, and a great many pilots contributed to it whether they meant to or not.

Solyaris Chtonium Killed Redux.'s Avatar as 1,166 Pilots Watched

The last thing an Avatar expects to be doing is dying in lowsec, but Amamake has been ruining plans for a very long time. Redux.'s Amarr Titan - one of the largest and most expensive warships in New Eden - came apart in the Heimatar system with roughly 1,166 pilots involved in the kill, and a price tag of 142.7 billion ISK attached to a single loss.

Warlock Industries Alliance Lost 52 Billion ISK. It Wasn't Even a Capital.

Fifty-two point nine billion ISK, gone. One killmail. Eight hundred and forty-seven pilots on the record. Amamake has swallowed fleets, capitals, and more than a few alliances' sense of direction over the years. It has rarely swallowed 52.9 billion ISK in a single ship that was not even a capital. The victim was the Sarathiel, flying under the banner of Warlock Industries Alliance. The credited killer was Minmatar Fleet Associates. And every one of those 847 names belongs to the same kill.

Rattini Tribe Led the Amamake Brawl That Cost Someone a Nyx

A Nyx died in Amamake, and the killboard barely had room to notice. The supercarrier - one of the largest and most expensive warships in New Eden - was the headline loss in a brawl that pulled in more than nineteen thousand pilots, produced 715 confirmed kills and burned through something close to 2.4 trillion ISK. It began, as these things do in Amamake, with a destroyer.

Spaghetti N' Meatballs Lose a 50 Billion ISK Vehement in Amamake

Amamake has a reputation, and it earned it the hard way. Even by local standards, though, this was a strange night's work: 731 pilots recorded on a single killmail, one ship destroyed, and 50.2 billion ISK written off against it. No fleet traded fire down a battle line. No structure fell. One hull went into the ledger, and an unreasonable number of people were there to watch it happen.
