A Raven-Heavy Grid

Both fleets were built around Raven-class battleships, with Fraternity and its allies also fielding a contingent of Nightmares while their opponents brought Vigil frigates and navy-issue Ravens into the mix. Fraternity, supported by Pandemic Legion and Northern Coalition, faced off against ZERG REBORN, Worst Alliance Ever and Verlate. The battle line was crowded with Raven Navy Issues, Scorpion Navy Issues and an array of support craft, turning the system into a storm of missiles and targeting locks. Raven losses piled up on both sides, with hulls from every corner of New Eden scattered among the wrecks. The fight was not a tidy affair; it was a sprawling melee where small corporations and large alliances alike left their mark.

The Capital Toll

Among the wrecks were two Minokawa force auxiliaries belonging to Project Potato, destroyed by Pandemic Legion and Fraternity respectively. The third capital loss was a Phoenix Navy Issue piloted by Avery77 of Psychokids, shattered by DarkTT114514 of Fraternity. Its 7.5B ISK hull was the most expensive single loss of the engagement, a dreadnought that gave the battle its capital character and served as a reminder that even the heaviest assets can vanish in a moment.

A Wide and Hungry Killzone

The fight drew in a broad cross-section of New Eden. Smaller alliances and named corporations contributed their own losses and kills, from Can i bring my Drake... to HOLD MY PROBS to Snuffed Out. But the centre of gravity never moved far from the three capital wrecks and the Raven battleships that defined the fighting. The wrecks now drift in M-OEE8, adding to the system's long history of capsuleer violence and leaving behind a field of scrap that will take some time to vanish.
