A Perimeter That Breathes
The contested footprint has oscillated across five days. It opened with six systems on 18 October, none of which remain on the current list. By 19 October it had ballooned to eleven, adding a handful of new names. It then collapsed to five, rebounded, and reached a peak of thirteen systems on 22 October before settling at seven: 1PF-BC, 8KE-YS, C9R-NO, D-OJEZ, EX-GBT, MF-PGF, and NWX-LI. Only 8KE-YS and MF-PGF from that early expansion remain; the original six have disappeared entirely, leaving the front migrated rather than conquered.
Scoreboard Stasis and Slow Drift
The attacker's score has moved from 40 to 46, while the defender's score has slipped from 60 to 54. The drift has not been linear: on 20 October the attacker dipped to 37, then recovered to 44 by the morning of 23 October. Momentum has flickered between escalating, cooling, steady, and neutral, but current momentum is neutral and intensity remains high. All seven active events are ihub defenses, meaning the infrastructure hubs are being contested. No systems have been lost or gained. The net effect across the roughly five days has been a modest expansion from six to seven contested systems.
Proximity's Quiet Corner
A secondary front attributed to Proximity. shows zero contested systems, low intensity, and a campaign type of sovereignty_pressure rather than regional campaign. It is only 40 hours old, a faint echo beside Deepwater Hooligans' much larger and older front. Proximity.'s front has no contested systems or active campaigns.
