Scan Stakan Traded 53 Kills for 149 Losses in F-5WYK

Three hundred and fifty-five pilots spent two and a half hours feeding ships into F-5WYK. When the shooting finally stopped, 302 of those ships were gone, 134 billion ISK had changed hands in the most direct way possible, and a single battleship class had quietly swallowed more than a third of the bill.

A Bomber Opened the Bidding

The battle report for F-5WYK opens at 16:18 with a Purifier belonging to Nether Guards. A stealth bomber is a strange first entry for an engagement that would eventually involve four capital losses - bombers are the ships that start fights like this one, or the ones caught trying. Either way, it was the first name on a list that would run for 152 minutes and close at 302 losses. Two and a half hours. Roughly two ships dying every minute, in a system in Perrigen Falls. That is not a gank, and it is not one clean fleet engagement either - it has the texture of a long, multi-sided brawl, the kind where fleets arrive, die, come back in something cheaper, and the kill list simply keeps growing.

Fifty Billion ISK of Apocalypse Navy Issue

Start with the number everyone will notice. The Apocalypse Navy Issue losses in F-5WYK carry a combined value of 50.1 billion ISK - around 37 percent of everything destroyed in the entire engagement. A Navy Issue Apocalypse is a battleship, a line ship, a hull a pilot expects to lose and replace at some point. Whoever was flying these did not lose battleships so much as a small capital fleet's worth of them. For scale: the next three entries on the list - an Apostle at 14.1 billion, a Nestor at 12.1 billion and a Typhoon Fleet Issue at 10.7 billion - come to just under 37 billion combined. Still less than the Apocalypse hulls alone. Those four ship types together account for almost 65 percent of the 134 billion ISK destroyed, which means the other 298 losses averaged comfortably under 200 million apiece. That tells you what kind of fight this really was. A broad, cheap-hulled, utterly unglamorous brawl with a handful of spectacularly expensive mistakes sitting on top of it.

Four Capitals, and a Ceiling That Held

Four capital ships were destroyed in F-5WYK, and one of them was an Apostle. The Apostle is a capital-class logistics ship - the hull you bring specifically to keep other expensive things alive. Losing one, at 14.1 billion ISK, is an expensive way to find out how the afternoon is going. What did not happen matters just as much. No supercapital losses were recorded. Nobody escalated to Titans or supercarriers over Perrigen Falls, so the ceiling of this fight stayed firmly at capitals and the genuinely irreplaceable assets stayed docked. One structure was also destroyed before the shooting stopped - another fixed asset that did not survive the day, sitting somewhere under two and a half hours of traffic.

Scan Stakan on Both Sides of the Ledger

Read the organisation lists side by side and one name takes up most of the page. Scan Stakan finished the fight with 53 kills, the most of any attacker listed, and 149 losses - very nearly half of every ship destroyed in the whole engagement. A name on both ledgers does not mean an alliance was shooting itself; it means Scan Stakan spent two and a half hours in the middle of everything, trading hulls across multiple grids. Around them, the fighting spread wide. Higher Than Everest logged 25 kills, Incognito Mode 21, GreenSwarm 13 and Heavenly Strategies 11 - while Heavenly Strategies also lost 21 of their own, a second organisation appearing on both sides of the report. The Ninth Person lost 15 ships, I.N.K.V.I.Z.I.C.I.A 10 and Star Frontiers 9, and the list keeps going from there. One pilot sat above the rest of the damage charts: Alarye, credited as the fight's top damage dealer. In an engagement where 302 ships died, being first on that list is not a footnote.

The Last Thing to Die Was a Tractor Unit

The final confirmed loss in F-5WYK landed at 18:50 - a Mobile Tractor Unit belonging to Scan Stakan. After 302 ships, four capitals and 134 billion ISK, the last entry on the killboard is a deployable whose entire purpose is dragging wreckage into a cargo hold. Somebody stayed behind to clear the field. Somebody else was still out there, still shooting. That is the whole afternoon in miniature. It opened with a stealth bomber, ran for two and a half hours across a system's worth of grids, cost the participants more than 134 billion ISK, and ended with a tractor beam going dark. Scan Stakan leave F-5WYK with the most kills recorded in the fight and by far the largest share of the wreckage - a result that reads as either a good day or a catastrophe, depending entirely on which column of the report you happen to look at first.

Four Systems, No Sovereignty, and a Score That Settled at 35

Over the past week, the contested footprint in Perrigen Falls has widened from one system to four, while the attacker score slid from a high of 54 to 35. Both defending fronts hold higher defender scores: Celestial Palace. at 60-40 and STAKAN UNIVERSE at 71-30. No sovereignty changed during the period. The pressure is real, yet it remains a standoff.

Five Systems in Contest, No Sovereignty Lost: Perrigen Falls' Slow-Motion Standoff

Over the past week, the contested footprint in Perrigen Falls has grown from a single infrastructure hub timer in 1A8-6G to a five-system front spread across the space of Celestial Palace. and STAKAN UNIVERSE. Yet that expansion has done little to shift actual control. Attacker pressure, measured across all active campaigns, has fallen from a peak of 54 out of 100 to 35, while defenders hold a combined average of 66. No sovereignty has changed hands. The result is a campaign defined less by breakthrough than by endurance - a widening series of prods that have so far failed to move the needle.

A Week of Poking, No Ground Taken: Perrigen Falls Holds

After almost a week of scattered ihub defense timers in Perrigen Falls, the latest observation shows Celestial Palace and STAKAN UNIVERSE still holding three contested systems and the attackers' score sliding back to 35. The campaign has been a tour of the constellation's gates rather than a siege of any one system.
