Every Wreck in C-N4OD Belonged to The Initiative

In the Fountain system of C-N4OD, a rapid and costly exchange of fire produced 56 destroyed ships worth 24.7B ISK. Every one of those losses belonged to The Initiative, and every final blow came from a pilot flying the same alliance banner.

Alliances involved

  • The Initiative.
24.7B ISK Destroyed
72 Participants
2 Capitals lost

No Outside Hand

The engagement involved a single organization: The Initiative. Seventy-two pilots appear across the losses, all flying under that same alliance identity. Hurricanes and Apocalypses made up the bulk of the destroyed hulls, with Scythes, a Sabre, and a Damnation scattered through the wreckage. A Vindicator and a Bhaalgorn added heavier tonnage to the internal tally.

Two Dreadnoughts Down

The most expensive loss was a Moros Navy Issue piloted by Sausage Sammich, destroyed by Annamaria Alexa. That hull alone accounted for 7.5B ISK. A second dreadnought, a Phoenix Navy Issue, also fell in the same engagement. Both capital losses carried the same internal signature, victims and final blows all belonging to The Initiative.

An Alliance Against Itself

With every capsuleer identity in the engagement tied to The Initiative, the shooting leaves an uncomfortable question hanging over the alliance's internal coordination. The Initiative did not lose a battle to an enemy fleet. It lost its own ships to its own pilots, a costly reminder that in New Eden, the most dangerous guns can sometimes be the ones closest to home.
