Deepwater Hooligans Lose a Gaia as Capital Brawl Engulfs 0-U2M4

A sprawling engagement in 0-U2M4 opened with the destruction of a Brotherhood of Spacers Metenox Moon Drill before developing into a large fight involving battleships, capitals and other hulls. The fighting left 147.2B ISK in losses.

Alliances involved

  • Brotherhood of Spacers
  • Deepwater Hooligans

425 Participants
5 Capitals lost

A Structure Loss Opens the Battle

The first loss was a Brotherhood of Spacers Metenox Moon Drill, hit by Deepwater Hooligans. A Tenebrex Cyno Jammer from the same alliance was destroyed later in the engagement, again by Deepwater Hooligans. As the fight developed, the field filled with Typhoon Fleet Issues, Machariels, Vindicators, and a steady screen of interdictors and command destroyers from Brotherhood of Spacers, Deepwater Hooligans, L A Z E R H A W K S, Hard Knocks Citizens, and other groups. Battleships and a range of smaller support ships were among those destroyed.

The Gaia Becomes the Costliest Wreck

The most expensive hull destroyed belonged to Earendil CJB of Deepwater Hooligans, a Gaia that fell to Pantuf of Hard Knocks Citizens. Its 11.2B ISK price tag made it the standout individual loss of the engagement, surpassing every capital ship destroyed in the same battle.

Capital Losses Mount

Five capital ships were destroyed. Deepwater Hooligans lost three of them: an Apostle force auxiliary and two Revelation Navy Issue dreadnoughts. Sorority and Tearalament each lost an Apostle. The capital kills were credited to pilots from Hard Knocks Citizens, Brotherhood of Spacers, and L A Z E R H A W K S.

A Spread of Wreckage

Fighting was spread across many alliances, with Deepwater Hooligans and Brotherhood of Spacers among the largest participants. The loss of the Gaia alone was a concentrated hit for Deepwater Hooligans, even amid the wider destruction. The engagement underscored the brutal cost of capital and subcapital clashes in Perrigen Falls, where infrastructure, battleships, and expensive support hulls can disappear in a single long fight.

Four Systems, No Sovereignty, and a Score That Settled at 35

Over the past week, the contested footprint in Perrigen Falls has widened from one system to four, while the attacker score slid from a high of 54 to 35. Both defending fronts hold higher defender scores: Celestial Palace. at 60-40 and STAKAN UNIVERSE at 71-30. No sovereignty changed during the period. The pressure is real, yet it remains a standoff.

Five Systems in Contest, No Sovereignty Lost: Perrigen Falls' Slow-Motion Standoff

Over the past week, the contested footprint in Perrigen Falls has grown from a single infrastructure hub timer in 1A8-6G to a five-system front spread across the space of Celestial Palace. and STAKAN UNIVERSE. Yet that expansion has done little to shift actual control. Attacker pressure, measured across all active campaigns, has fallen from a peak of 54 out of 100 to 35, while defenders hold a combined average of 66. No sovereignty has changed hands. The result is a campaign defined less by breakthrough than by endurance - a widening series of prods that have so far failed to move the needle.

A Week of Poking, No Ground Taken: Perrigen Falls Holds

After almost a week of scattered ihub defense timers in Perrigen Falls, the latest observation shows Celestial Palace and STAKAN UNIVERSE still holding three contested systems and the attackers' score sliding back to 35. The campaign has been a tour of the constellation's gates rather than a siege of any one system.
